ARE YOU A FACTORY OR A TRADING COMPANY?
We are a factory of decoration materials in Hebei province of China. We also have a professional team for exporting.
CAN I GET SAMPLES BEFORE PLACING THE ORDERS?
We can provide one set of free sample for each model you need. But customers should pay the air freight. And the freight will be compensated in the first order.
HOW LONG CAN YOU FINISH THE PRODUCTION?
Normally, for 1x40HQ order. We can finish the production in 2-3 weeks.
WHAT IS THE MOQ OF YOUR COMPANY?
Normally, MOQ is one full container.
WHAT PAYMENT TERMS CAN YOU ACCEPT?
Normally, our payment term is 30% before prodution and 70% before shipment.
DO YOU HAVE TEST REPORTS?
Yes, we have test reports for all our products.

CHECK THE DETAILS BEFORE ORDER
- Check the function, appearance, color and other details of the model you like. We can sent samples to you if you need.
CONFIRM THE ORDER DETAILS
- Confirm the price of each item, payment term, shipping method, color box design and other details with our sales manager. Sign the PI and arrange deposit.
PRODUCTION AND SHIPMENT
- We arrange production based on your requirement. Then arrange to load the ready goods into containers and send to the port. The goods will be shipped by sea normally.
RECEIVING THE GOODS AND AFTER-SALE
- Cutomers receive the goods and clear the custom in destination port. If there is any problem of the goods, our sales manager will help you solve it. We will the the responsibility for the quality problems.
